Join me for six, one and a half hour sessions looking at “Your relationship with food”

Each group has a maximum of four members and is held in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure, no scales, and no judgement.

 

At its conclusion you will be able to make an informed decision regarding your future weight loss.
